I do not like the "purchase" products/protections as I work through my taxes. I am already stressing every keystroke. It just adds stress. Ask - but at the end or at start.

TurboTax always makes it easy to file your taxes. And as forms ,ay be updated or changed the updater always takes care of this upon opening the product

Turbo Tax is easy to use with the step-by-step process of filling out my tax return information. I think it would be much more difficult to complete my tax return if had to use only the "forms" to enter my information.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I find it very user friendly, informative, and I especially like that i continually reviews my entries for accuracy. This is truly amazing as I am a senior and technologically challenged.

I found it more user friendly when I last used it 10 years ago. No allowance is made to add required documents to the state e-file. In plain words, the state charge for e-file is a rip off since it doesn't satisfy the state requirements.

I have used turbotax for YEARS. This year I tried the on-line version and got so frustrated that I switched back the desktop version. I am very comfortable with the online version and everything went just fine as it has in the past.

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for many years. This year it seemed more complex, and the instructions were a little more confusing, but I did manage to work my way through it. Technology is just getting more complicated than ever!

I have no complicated income, deductions, or credit scenarios. Desktop Turbo Tax is the perfect solution. Easy to use and well documented. And all of my financial data remains with me, not on a corporation data base.

As always, it was easy to file my state and Fed taxes, I filed and 4 days later received the Fed check and the next day received the State check - both into my checking account.

While the actual tax return process was similar to previous years and easy to follow, I did have multiple issues with trying to transmit the tax return this year.
