The program is good and easy to use but it starts charging all these fees at the end to file state and a processing fee after we already bought the program! Ridiculous. Won't be using next year unless this changes.

Questions about my situation and ease of maneuvering around the desktop guide was not as easy as previous years. This was the first year that I ever said that I didn't think I would want to use Turbo Tax again.

I have used Turbo Tax every year since I dont know how long. It was easy to install but a little harder to find a way to purchase it and get the license code this year.

your software continued to push me to use the online version A LOT. was very annoying Feels like Intuit wanted to collect my tax return information to share illegally with Federal governmenet

After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

Inexplicably declared me a Canadian citizen - needed to correct this multiple times. Due to this, lost our free State filing. Very disappointed. Otherwise, worked fine.

Most was excellent, as usual. Two issues: 1) understanding the Schedule C asset entry portion 2) since I already enteered the High Deductible Medical premiums on my Federal and you knew that, why i you need to ask me again on the State portion?

Desktop app was terrible. Had to loo up how to make it better. Should include a warning to run as administrator to make the app run okay. I had to work to pull up last years tax return that I did througt turbo tax. Unacceptable

Easy to use and very accurate. it saves me time and money. It is very clear in what I need to do. It provides lots of information and it is cheaper than pay the accountant.

When I sign up to get email when 1099-R form is ready, I received and email for an entirely different form (moving expenses). Makes me trust Turbo Tax a little less. Hope there are no other errors!
