Easy to use interface, thoroughly covering nuances in the tax code but making it easy to understand. Have never had a problem with calculations or guidance the software provides.

Did not use the live experts. Pretty much cut and dry on everything except medical. Strange how they divide everything up rather than putting in one lump sum. Next year maybe I will divide it up before hand.

Terrible overall. Asha helped in the end but that was it. I spent hours trying to get the right information about where and how to apply form 982 to my taxes, Unacceptable. Probably won't use TurboTax again

My experience has been a good on so far. I have been using Turbo Tax services for 17 years now and the ease of filing each year is an awesome experience. I would definitely continue to use the services and recommend family and friends.

I have used Turbotax for many years. This year turbotax would not access neither my locally saved last year return nor online, It handled as a completely new user. Next year I am going to look at alternative retired tax software.

You should allow for creating blank estimated tax vouchers and allow the user to input their own desired estimated voucher amounts. It took a couple hours but I found that i could override the voucher amounts. Why don't you make this more obvious?

Disappointed in TurboTax letting customer know that many forms were delayed such that we could not filed our taxes, and did not keep us updated on when they would be provided. Will probably use H&R Block next year.

After completing my tax return it kept printing 'DO NOT FILE' on my 1040-ES estimated tax forms. kept restarting program and reprinting and IT KEPT HAPPENING.

I found it very difficult going through the various elements of WHERE to make new updates entries. saying EDIT and then providing no place to click to EDIT had to search, It was not like this in the past.
