I've used TT for over 15 years. Too many options to purchase add-ons. I'm buying tax software not a freaking ad. We'll be using another provider next year I believe.

A few glitches in the program, otherwise it makes doing taxes easy. Would like a list of suggested forms and information that could be used to help the preparer gather information needed before sitting down to complete the tax return.

The product has gotten better more user friendly. But tried to do my taxes too early before all updates were included. Did not use live help as all my questions were answered using the (?) function.

i ATTEMPTED TO PAY TAXES ON RAW LAND SALE IN ANOTHER STATE. WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY FEDERAL TAXES ON THE SALE. THE STATE RETURN REQUIRED THAT I ENTER THAT I LIVED IN THAT STATE SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM.

Easy to use. Very compatible with computer. Help is awesome. I feel get accurate numbers based on previous year. Love all the features and interface.

I have used TurboTax for several years and have found it easy to use and accurate. It covers all of the topics I need and asks questions along the way. Super easy to use

i was very unhappy that the fact you are trying to charge me 40.00 to file my federal electrocial. when it is free so I am mailing them. I have used you for years and years.

The fees added at the very end of the process are unexpected and seem high. After years of doing my taxes on TurboTax I feel locked in at this point.

Harder every year to find out how to inpute items that are not just basic. i worked for a CPA firm for 30+ years and used much more sophisiticated soft ware.Seems like all you want to do now is sell services, not be helpful. Thank goodness for AI.

Makes it easy to follow prompts and all calculations are done in background. Hopefully, the state of South Carolina for not conforming to the Big Beautiful Bill have been taken into account.
