had trouble trying to install turbo tax. Samatha was very patient and helpful to guide me through the process. I have used turbo tax for many years. It is easy to follow. Thank you.

I realize that Windows 10 is not being supported any longer my Microsoft, but could have kept compatible for a while longer. Had to purchase a new laptop with windows 11 to complete. I did no like or trust the Online version.

Non-stop hidden fees. I'm always surprised every year but I shouldn't be. This time I bought the software and get to the end and they have an additional $65 fee for filing.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and this years 2025 Deluxe version would not allow me to E file my taxes without the $45 dollar Audit Defense. This feels like a profit scam!

Well, I want to confess that this was the first time I used TurboTax, and at first there was a moment where it confused me a bit, but in the end I was able to understand the entire application interface.

I received additional tax information that wasn't available from my earlier submission. I was unable to file an amended return. The returns were previously accepted by Fed and State. The software just looped thru and didn't allow me to submit.

I've used TurboTax since 1994 and have always appreciated the intuitive interface and thoroughness of this product. I have never had a return questioned by the IRS or the State of Michigan that was submitted using TurboTax.

My brother helps me install and set it up. When I go to do my taxes Turbo tax is easy to use and filing taxes is a breeze. Very easy to follow instructions

questions seem to get more convoluted each year, real "head scratchers." each year i have less confidence that TurboTax "authors" know what they are doing.

Easy to follow step by step. Even the complicated parts involving stock sales and a 1099-B went well. E-filing federal and state returns went smoothly. Would highly recommend TurboTax Deluxe!
