Bring back the" ItsDeductible" program to help with charitable donations. The techs at Intuit should be able to create something similar if the old program is no longer available. JS

could not get past verify bank information!! Had to use a credit card! although I've used turbo tax for many years, I doubt if I'll continue to use turbo tax in h future.

I use TurboTax every year and TurboTax has great explanations in the software when I have questions. I can easily move in and out of forms, save to PDF file, TurboTax checks for errors, and eFiling is simple.

TurboTax is accurate; it pulls in data from the prior year, so I don't have to re-enter it. That, and the calculation of all subtotals, totals, and taxes owed or refunded, saves several hours in itself.

It would not download my 2024 Turbo Tax return. After I completed 90% of my return it froze up and it did not save anything and I ended up having to completely redue it. NOT HAPPY

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem. I always feel comfortable that the software asks all the questions that could possibly pertain to my return. I recommend this product with absolutely no reservations.

It performed well. It needs to provide more guidance on complicated subjects. Like, selling a home. Responses need to be clear and to the point. I have used it for 10 years, and it appears to be accurate at all times.

Very user friendly. The only reason that I didn't rate a 5 is due to Form 1095-A. It does not appear on any of the lists that I use to enter my info. I have to search for instructions to include the required info on my tax return.

I could not work the TurboTax on the computer I have used in the past due to the changes to only a Windows 11 system which my desktop computer could not access.
