I have used TT for decades. TT has walked me through some pretty complex filings and thankfully is still here to hold my hand while I prepared the least complicated return yet. Thank you, TT

I can't believe they are trying to get us to donate money to the presidential campaign. The amount of things that's constantly trying to be sold to the consumer is infuriating. Will never use TurboTax again.

Accurate as usual. Friendly to use, especially for return users. The wait for updates for 1099 R is unacceptable. I will search for another product next year.

not so easy to save Tax forms to your computer. If it shows at the end it will show you how to save then do it and not lead a person to select continue and it says clearly "QUIT TURBO TAX". Too stupid for me

I have used this product for years and this the first time I have been disappointed. There are too many repetitive questions of the same question. If check no it is changed to yes which I had to keep editing to clear errors.

I could not file the state tax electronically, because it would not allow me to pay with my credit card, tried multiple times with the same results ERROR, so now i will have to mail it in, which sucks!

When I attempted to pay for state filing fee using my credit card, your system would not accept the Month number of the expiration date. This seems to be a built in bug so you can collect the $40 processing fee.

All of turbo tax was very good except for mailing in state return. When trying to mail in state return , it kept trying to e file it. Could not figure out how to print out a mailable return.

Turbo Tax is streight forward Q. and A. I wouldn't use any other program. I have used Turbo Tax for the past 25 years. Keep it up Turbo Tax. Two thumbs up ! It is compatable with all the features I can use.

It was very dissapointing, no wheres as user friendly as it was in the past.. I've been using TurboTax for over 10 Years and will never use it again. Had to reenter stuff.,especially at the end to get it filed. Hard to save it.
