Too expensive for a download product. For this much money a tax expert should be included. Offer a tax software product designed for seniors, who have largely different tax issues. Also you need to include free state e-filing for one state!

As always, TurboTax is easy to use and asks questions that are usually easily understandable so it isn't too difficult to fill in the data required. It's nice that the new tax laws are taken into account, so deductions are instantaneous.

This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax and I am very satisfied! The software is easy to use and very comprehensive with many help tools. I highly recommend Turbo Tax.

Can't fed e-file and have it print the required state forms. Have to return to fil and pic fed mail and then state mail and it will then give you chance to print statefrms

I have been using TurboTax for years. I do mine, my family members, and friends. It is so user friendly and easy to use. It walks you through every step, so nothing is missed.

It was easy to use. The imports worked well. Although I was not necessarily fond of all the login info that was needed to get the forms downloaded/imported.

Got stuck on IP Pin for no good reason. You need to add a note that in addition to requiring last years IP pins, you will need to select a new, different IP pins for this year (joint return).

Easy to download and have information from previous year entered. I had trouble at times with updates not loading and had to restart pc. Currently in a state different than my state of residence so getting tax help can be difficult.
