Very easy program and a huge savings over having my taxes done with an accountant. The one issue I encountered was solved with a live agent who was very knowledgeable and fixed my error.

When I had to calculate US interest and dividends it didn't carry over to mt CT state return. The shortcut keys of CTRL+I to show Supporting Detail did not work.

This year did not have itemized deductions for donation like the previous year. This is an item needs to be added to next year Turbo tax to save time.

Disappointed that TurboTax still allows you to select Refund by Mail as an option on the Federal Return, while the IRS only does Direct Deposit. How did you guy miss that??????

Most of TT is fine...it would be nice if the font size could be adjusted to be larger. TT does not know how to accurately fill out New Jersey Worksheet C - IRA Withdrawals. This is a recurring problem, year after year. TT should fix this problem.
