Amended return 1040X was not available for a while. Finally received an email after requesting for date it would become available stating I had to update the software. It wasn't clear how to accomplish this.

My tax return was delayed by Illinois and recalculated to a lower amount because of an improper calculation by your software. I have been a user for many years and now I am concerned that I cannot trust the accuracy of your product.

Been using TT about 45 years. Normally, I've found it easy to use. Not this year. This year was by far the worst. I'll try another vendor for my 2026 taxes.

Would have given 5 stars except for an issue with printing the estimated tax form. I found it very hard to do a simple print or not print and editing the amount sent if I want to change the amount

It is very easy to used it eliminates any error that you could have. I have been using turbotax for many years. I would not change it for another application.

Doesn't work on windows 10 and pushing to use website. They want to control more of people's information and sell it to the highest bidder. This whole industry should not exist and its sole purpose is to rip people off.

Turbo tax takes the mundane tasks for you... providing calculations, spelling checks, and helpful resource links. Appreciate the help features and hyperlinks.

Entering the charitable donations this year was a nightmare. No guidance. Had to spend hours trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. It was a big, unappreciated change from last year.

Use any other software, this bull squeeze of a software generates worksheets that are incomplete and then will not allow you to file and will not fix its own issue making you go into the sheets manually to delete or fix.

More detailed information would be helpful especially in the deductions area since you hanged its format. If I had not been using Turbo Tax for years, it would have been a bit confusing to use. The cost for help is expensive.
