The program is good. However, it took an hour and fifteen minutes to get it going. This year, the time to get the program going was about three hours. Your expert staff person was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate her help and patience.

We managed to file our taxes through Turbo Tax on our own. We love the guidance it gives us to feel confident that our taxes have been filed correctly. Our tax picture is so easy that we don't need to employ the use of the Tax Experts.

A bit cumbersome for very simple returns. A glitch in the program does not allow editing or deleting 1099 forms imported from previous year, even thou it claims to do so.

I use Turbotax for myself/wife joint, and for my daughter, and son. Desktop Application supports multiple profile, but online, there's only one profile for an account. So I don't use online.

Tool works great overall for us. Have used for many years now. The tool should ask for the ID.Me Pin while in final filing process, this would save resubmittals and frustration.

In the past, you could select to just the federal or state files to print. Now you get the entire file and have to search for the pages to print/save separately.
