The app kept crashing. Multiple times. Lost data. Had to go thru the back door to find file with data. Been using TT for DECADES! l This totally unacceptable. I will find alternative next.

Had trouble with Turbo Tax Deluxe not accepting 1099B information on one return but other return fine. Misleading request to update to Premier . recommend correction

I've been using this software for over 10 years! It just keeps getting better and better! Great Features, excellent guidance and easy to use. I'll be back next year!!!

The software is stable and runs well on PCs. It helps me reduce the time needed to complete and file my federal and State taxes. Given the internal error checks, I feel that I am incompliance with the federal and State tax codes.

Additional Research was required outside of Turbotax. descriptions of several of the applicable topic were difficult to understand. Other site broke it down to where I was able to understand.

I called Turbo Tax expert she went above and beyond what i would have expected. she did not leave me until i had Turbo Tax up and running. God Bless You have such devoted employees.

I had big concern with chat I had than the live conversation with the specialists on the phone helped me to go through the downloading and processing of filing easier

My return is pretty straigh-forward. Online product help and internet searches answered any questions I had this year. I did not need to purchase Expert support.

I like the program but I am getting to old and need someone else to do the taxes. Computer is only used for taxes and it takes to long for the computer to update.

Easy to use , very accurate and convenient , easy to file and print, reasonable cost, compatible, good guidance, easy interface, many great features in the software
