I've used Turbotax for years for my own taxes and preparing taxes for my parents. I find it easy to use and I absolutely need to have the ability to prepare multiple returns. Our annual taxes are not complex and Turbotax works great.

I have been using this tax program before it was TURBO TAX. Many years. It has served me well. HOWEVER, the 2025 Return TURBO TAX changed from last year a provide a little confusion and more thought to complete this year. THANK YOU

I started using Turbotax in 1996, if not earlier. It is easy to use, and covers all of my situations, which can be complex since I just retired, and is reasonably priced. The e-filing is wonderful.

I could not pay with a CC to efile. I had to have it deducted for an extra $40.00 . I keep getting an error that something went wrong. I found on the TT community hundreds of other people have the same problem. I want my $40.00 back.

It was very bad this year. It was hard to download forms and it put in one amount twice, almost costing me an extra $4000. I won't trust it in the future.

I have been using TurboTax for years. Love it. Seems to get easier and easier each year. I'm highly confident of the return and program is clear and easy to use and follow.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

it was easy and simple to use and very compatible with my laptop downloaded features. easy step by step guidance for everything to look at my w2 and the interface provided and how to use every box and step accurately

Turbo Tax does not do a good job on Required Minimum Distributions and Qualified Charitable Distributions. Both need to be part of the walk-through menus.

I am shocked and stunned at the number and amounts of added fees for convenience, such as the $40 charge for direct deposit. I won't be using your services next year.
