Went fine until I got charged $20 for State filing when with TT Deluxe I am supposed to get one free state filing. Offer stated 1 free State filing.

I'd like to be able to save a copy of the transmittal form when I submit the e-filed return. It would be very good if I had a record of when that occurred (date & time) if a question comes up about that having been done!

I have used TurboTax for years. I know that taxes are complicated, but I sometimes find the descriptions of specific tax situations to be unclear and with too much tax jargon.

I have used Turbo Tax for many yeas. Overall very good product. It did hiccup when I tried entering my 1099 data. The Edit button would not work. I had to repeatedly go back with the Wages and Income tab to be able to enter the 1099 data.

I have used TurboTax for many years. This year's version was very difficult to file. I tried 3 times before it finally transmitted. Inputting the data was simple enough but like I said, I had to submit 3 times.

The accuracy, compatibility, features, guidance and interface as they have been for all the years I have been using TurboTax which is over 25 years. Keep up the great work.

TurboTax was great until I had to file an amended state tax return. Then it did not calculate the necessary changes properly and would not let me modify the forms manually. I had to find and fill out the forms myself and mail them in. Disappointing.

it is good if you don't have challenging issues like selling a house. If find that I get stuck in that area and would require additional paid assistance from Turbotax.

THE EASYSTEP SECTION FOR SOCIAL SECURITY INFORMATION WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE PAGES WOULD GO BLANK. I HAD TO FILL THE INFORMATION DIRECTLY ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY FORM IN FORMS.

The working and directions are much more confusing than in the past when walking through the income and deductions sections. The investments imports were not clear at all.
