The online payment system stinks!!!! It is so large it takes up all the screen and you cannot press enter at the bottom to submit your online payment information!

I forgot to include my IP PIN when I filed my 2025 Income Tax Return. My Fed and State Returns were rejected. I called Turbo tax experts for advice and Sylvia assisted me with imputing the IP Pin.

Everything was fine and went well. Sometimes it wasn't clear on whether to enter a 0 or leave blank; or even put in a 1, which I saw in filing property tax refund where it asked for "New Improvements"

Have used Turbotax since 2002. A good product and helps significantly as my tax requirements have changed. I can not imagine doing my taxes longhand.

Turbo Tax isn't as good as it used to be. It's more cumbersome and less flexible. The override feature does not work. Sometimes, the information that is automatically calculated and entered on tax forms is inaccurate and cannot be overridden.

Windows 11 is a ridiculous requirement. This will drive me to another app in the future. I have been using TurboTax for almost 20 years and will not again. The user experience and interface have gone downhill as well.

i have used turbotax for a very long time, and this year was expensive since i was forced to buy a new computer because your requirement that i must have windows 11. other than that , i like turo tax.

For the first time in decades I am disappointed with the product. Turbotax did NOT calculate my taxable Social Security income based in Capital Gains increase to my income. This created an IRS correction.

manually filing State return - instructions very lacking. You offered a $5 discount for PA efile once - I declined -now I'd like to do it and can't get the offer back
