I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return

TT did not ask me about entering my IP PIN despite being guided through the entire program and passing all your tax return review checks ! Hence, my return and state returns were rejected…going to a professional next year.

IT IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS IT WAS IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY ONE FREE STATE RETURN. I HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY YEARS AND THINK I MAY CHANGE THAT NEXT YEAR

Harder to use than past years. Not sure where one of my incomes was to be recorded. I thought Social Security was not to be taxed this year but yet I was taxed!

IRA limits for people over age 50 are incorrect in the software. It shows $7000 as non taxable and $1000 as taxable. Had to pay extra taxes since it too late to find another software today

The software did my taxes ok, but on many times it slowed or stopped processing. I tested my computer with other software, all of which ran fine. The slowdowns and stoppages were QUITE frustrating.

The program was more "glitchy" this year than in years past. It took multiple tries to correct an error, search function didn't work like it used to and even "Help" was other users finding a work around. Disappointing

Errors in the program. For Medical expenses, I had to go back and enter 0s instead of leaving blanks. Also the 1099-int, Div, and R section is a LOT worse than it was in pervious years.

The only ding I would give it is I had trouble opening the software up to use it. It was the second time I opened that it gave me a headache; it wanted the license again,

Since when is there a $40 refund processing fee for e filing through Trubo tax when it's free through the IRS. Isn't that included in the software cost?
