I'm really concerned about the accuracy of this return, particularly the SSA entries. The guidance didn't make much sense, and it wasn't detailed enough. The lump sum payment we received made it complex for my old mind.

I've used it for years. This is the best version so far. In the past the local tax return never was right. I had to go back thru and force some numbers in. This is the first year the Form 37 RITA return went smoothly and accurately.

Turbo Tax pulls information from previous years returns, saving me time as well as no typos. It has been accurate for the 20+ years I have been using it. Just fill in the blanks. I could probably use the free return, but I prefer using the Deluxe.

Negative attributes: constant strolling of windows because they don't fit on a standard laptop screen. Constant questions about importing information on repeating activities. (Product should ask once or not force going through an import screen!)

confusing and difficult to keep bouncing back and forth from dividends to interest, no wait that's a dividend, no interest. Focus on ONE thing at a time (as older versions did) and don't mix them up

TT sucks. I tried the "upgrade" to TT online because it offered free state e-file, then it tried to charge me $64 for state e-file. That's MORE than e-filing through the desktop software. Also OMG is this thing full of dark patterns.
