Still awesome

The state of MI does not tax interest from FHLB abd FFCB, but there was no provision to address this in TurboTax. Could not e-file a few times. had to downlad but download failed a few times too.

TurboTax 2025 Failed With 2024 PDF Import

BIG ISSUE: Not being able to import last year's PDF saved tax filing into TurboTax 2025 caused an extra 80 minutes of input and verification of the data. How did your Information Technology team miss this?

turbo tax work well

I checked at the start a K-1 even though no lyinformation was received at the time of filing the return electronically . I was unable to delete the form. It should have been available to delete it on your final last check.

easy to follow, only I was stuck one time before submitting Electronically, Error message was hard to fix, even though it was simple. there should be online help available

E-FILE STATE FEE (PAY W CC AND AVOID $45 FEE)

I ALWAYS USE THIS PRODUCT. THIS TIME I DECIDED TO E-FILE STATE RETURN, BUT I WAS UNAWARE THAT IF I PAY WITH MY FEDERAL RETUNR, I WOULD GET CHARGE AN ADDTIONAL $45 + THE $25 . SO BE AWARE ABOUT THIS, PAY WITH CREDIT CARD TO AVOID THAT $45 FEE.

Dependable

More detailed information would be helpful especially in the deductions area since you hanged its format. If I had not been using Turbo Tax for years, it would have been a bit confusing to use. The cost for help is expensive.
