Terrible. Glitchy. Shut down once in the middle of working on it. Came up with things to fix and then wouldn't take us back to the part we needed to fix. Would like a refund.

OK to use. You can guide yourself or let TurboTax guide you. Be careful, though--some pages want to sell you things, and they switch the buttons at the bottom to trick you. Also, they REQUIRE you to have a TurboTax account, which seems invasive.

I completed filing, but when I printed the forms they did not print in the same format as in previous years, I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years, first time I've been unable to look over and fully understand the format.

Why did it take an act of congress to download th program rather than do it on the website. Intuit makes enough money and already knows toeo much about my personal finances to pull this stunt. ENOUGH!!!

Easy to navigate, accurate results, helpful tips,small glitch in 1099R input - kept asking for Canadian Retirement Pension information though that country was never checked.

Very well laid out, I take advantage of the "Walk me through everything" option and feel very confident in the tax form preparation an that everything was covered and I got the best possible outcome.

Went to make payment due IRS ,filled out all the necessary info and CC and the problem began-My CC was debited and IRS rejected my return on there mistake -I cannot get anything to work and cannot eeven print -At a loss what to do

I was unhappy to find that I could not shift between TT online and TT desktop. Please try to make allow uploading a file worked on a laptop into TT online. I lost $15 due to this!

A comprehensive yet easy to work software that doesn`t make you feel intimidated....A gold standard in my humble opinion if you`re a systematic person with attention to details....

Turbo Tax is not allowing me to file. I have entered payment information and driver's license information and it is now asking me to do it again. Certainly harder to accomplished than in the years past when we had the disc.
