I have been a long time TurboTax user. This program is unnecessarily complicated, particularly with the print function. Next year I will purchase E-smart Tax.

Extremely disappointed about the discontinuation of It'sDeductible service. that was extremely useful, and now will have to look for other tax prep software or services that offer a similar service.

The app froze and I had to start completely from the beginning again. I should have saved at some point but I'm used to every other app auto-saving periodically. Please incorporate this feature.

being able to review my tax form data and make changes and set it aside for several days while seeking answers to tax questions not easily understood made my use of desktop version worthwhile.

I have always liked the extra information available on each step of the process. i tend to use it in order to feel comfortable with the information i have entered or will enter on our return.

it is good if you don't have challenging issues like selling a house. If find that I get stuck in that area and would require additional paid assistance from Turbotax.

TurboTax makes it easy to prepare and file my federal and state tax returns. It has proven to be an accurate and cost effective way for me prepare my taxes for over 20 years.

Easy to work with interview option. I did have to identify foreign interest/dividends off line - would have been nice to have Turbo tax identify these amounts on my behalf since the tax file was imported from Fidelity Investments

The program is easy to use, and I've used it for decades. It would be nice if there was broader explanation of terms when searching for detailed information.

Schedule B is required for filing 1040 if the combined amount for dividend and interest exceeds $1500. When I looked at the list of files for filing, Schedule B is missing even though it was more than the threshold amount.
