I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. It is easy to use, accurate and guides me through the steps to ensure that I do not miss anything. Since I have used Turbo Tax in previous years, it pulls information from the prior year which saves time.

I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can count. The software use to be very user friendly. in the past 2 years not only the software is not user friendly it has become cumbersome.

Imported from Ameriprise and had to fill in a number of forms with addresses and names which was cumbersome. Did not have to do this on the last two years. Very frustrating.

Rating is dropping from 5 stars to 2 star because TT2025 requires Windows 11. This is wholly unnecessary. We should not have to borrow a computer just for a simple software program.

I've always liked using Turbo Tax for my taxes. This year the program seems more robotic and less focused on the customer. its a sign of the times, I guess. otherwise I like knowing all the calculations are accurate.

My filing status federally did not match my state, so I had to download the clunky software and it STILL did not get my filing status right. Why am I paying $80 for a service that is incorrect and gives me pop up ads to pay even more?

The credit card payment window for the state e-file was partially off the screen and I couldn't see certain fields. I was barely able to pay. I'm using a Win 11 laptop with an external monitor. Poor design.

Since when is there a $40 refund processing fee for e filing through Trubo tax when it's free through the IRS. Isn't that included in the software cost?

confusing and difficult to keep bouncing back and forth from dividends to interest, no wait that's a dividend, no interest. Focus on ONE thing at a time (as older versions did) and don't mix them up

Turbo tax is good for people who do not need to file estimated taxes. Your system is not well set up for this. I always have to search around for where I can put changes - can you streamline this? Otherwise I would have given a better rating.
