Turbo Tax excellent and very easy to use. The step by step procedures or instructions were outstanding. From now on I will continue to use Turbo tax because it saves me a lot of money.

It got the job done, but it was not very helpful with difficult entries. At one point I asked about how to enter the extra Social Security lump sum payment received and I was told to report all security issues to a certain website.

I have been using Turbo Tax software for my Federal Tax Return for 25+ years and have never had any issues with the accuracy of the program! Keep up the great work!

Why did it take an act of congress to download th program rather than do it on the website. Intuit makes enough money and already knows toeo much about my personal finances to pull this stunt. ENOUGH!!!

I strongly consider switching out of using TurboTax for my next tax return. It is becoming unbearable to use - constant attempts to sell you stuff you don't need. It is use to be a good product- not any more.

I have been using TurboTax since 1992 and can't think of any reason to use any other tax software. I trust TurboTax and find it easier to use and understand every year.

Very average software, very average product search and answers were less than helpful. I could say they sucked but that would not be nice (would be honest)

I had an extremely difficult time filing taxes this year, the TurboTax app would often crash or blank out, and TurboTax was ineffective and unhelpful in helping me work through special tax items

I find it repugnant that despite how you know my AGI being below the FPL that you still charge me $25 to state file on top of the $59 I already pay for your deluxe version. Shame on you.

Terrible. My return was e=filed but got rejected. Now TurboTax won't let me e-file again giving the incorrect notice that I did not e-file the original through TurboTax.
