Seup instructions incorrect. Also reference to code was not accurate. Had to buy new laptop to get to Windows 11. Oter laptops were good, but not upgradeable.

We have been using TurboTax Deluxe for 2+ decades now and it gets better every year. We are in our 80's now and going strong. Thanks Intuit for a great product.

found this years to be harder to follow and having to search and get help several times due to not having adequate listings for income for ss disability etc.

Easy to use, but I hate that they charge extra to electronically file my state return. This fee should be included in the cost of the package when I buy software support for my state taxes.

I've been a TurboTax Desktop customer for probably more than 20 years and it is an excellent, easy to use and accurate application. Keep up the great work producing an excellent product!

Overall using Turbo tax has saved me a lot of stress. By taking me step by step through the whole process of completing the State and Federal tax forms. It's as easy as a multiple answer quiz.

I have been using Turbotax for over 30 years. It is scary to know that updates continue after you filed your income taxes. I just had another update and it is May 1st. Did it affect my earlier filing? I don't know.

Had trouble deleting form 8915. I loaded info w/purpose of determining qualifications for casualty loss carry-over. Once in on that form, I couldn't delete it.

I have used Turbotax for years, when I had more complicated returns involving business and now simpler returns since I'm retired. I've always found its guidance helpful.
