It worked, and the job is done. It would. Help if the button at the lower left was in a consistent place on the screen. It moves with the length of the screen. So it is always jumping around as i try to review the return.

desktop version is not good. crashed at the end of my first filing and there is no automatic save feature so had to re-file everything. very frustrating

TurboTax did not file my Federal return when first done due to a "glitch" in their program at the time (according to their tech). When he "helped" fix the problem and resubmit my forms, IRS denied it again. I don't know how I'm going to file now.

I have tried to print my returns but the Illinois K-12 Education Expense Credit Worksheet page has an error and stop it from printing. acrobat tell you to contact the create to correct problem!

Not as easy to use as past years; difficult to just print needed forms rater than the whole return. Div., Int., and Cap Gains were much harder to enter than past years.

Found info easy to insert but wish it would return to the section I was working on rather than starting at the top of the main category which I then have to toggle through to get back to the area I was working on.

REMOVING "IT'S DEDUCTIBLE" WAS A BIG MISTAKE! IF NOT REPLACED BY NEXT YEAR I DOUBT I'LL USE TURBO TAX AGAIN AFTER THE LAST 7 YEARS! OTHERWISE I HAVE BEEN PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT!

when filing State taxes it printed out a required form. Except it was federal form with nothing to do with state taxes! If there is a required state form, I don't have any idea what it may be. Navigation i not as intuitive as previous years.

Turbo Tax is not allowing me to file. I have entered payment information and driver's license information and it is now asking me to do it again. Certainly harder to accomplished than in the years past when we had the disc.
