Need more flexibility to go to certain parts in step-by-step; it's easy to get caught up in a loop. Also, need to be able open any form I want. That's the way it use to be.

This may be my last year with Turbo Tax. Trying to input data with the distractions and inconvenience created by sales ploys has been very frustrating. As a longterm TT user I found it very difficult to navigate around the Expert Service option.

It walks you through everything easily and even explains something if you have a question. Also love that it imports data from the previous year, so you don't have to type in all that information.

When pulled 1099-B electronically it double loaded. If I had not caught that would have paid 2x taxes. may have been my fault, but you should have code that flags and alerts the user DUIRNG REVIW if the situation occurs

Cannot efile if turbo tax has no way to attach a required statement to elect expensing of reforestation expenses under $10,000. I will not be buying this again!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. it's the best. No more reading the Tax code. Perfect for my uncomplicated financials. I have most of my Kids using it as well.

Turbo Tax is easy to use as long as you have all the information you need. I appreciate its guidance through the process and the details. Until I start owning property and more, I will always use turbo tax.

Amended return 1040X was not available for a while. Finally received an email after requesting for date it would become available stating I had to update the software. It wasn't clear how to accomplish this.

TurboTax assessed a 6% penalty for what it thinks are excess Roth IRA contributions. However, the filer is over 50 years old, and the contribution limit is increased for that demographic. Very disappointing.

Generally, very positive. Eliminates tedious form entry with imports and links. Guidance and features were somewhat clunky to navigate when going back. Error identification could be more obvious and informative.
