I am a retired accountant, I use Turbo Tax to double check my source income, interest and other expenses. I trust Turbo Tax to catch items I might have missed, also Turbo Tax knows the latest IRS tax rule changes.

I am CPA with 30 years experience and feel Turbo Tax is great for a professional and reasonable price. I can skip the questions and use the FORM INPUT just like CPA firms I worked in the past. I have never found Turbo Tax to make a mistake.

You nickel and dime folks. Everything is extra with you guys. People don't file with turbotax because they want to, they file because they have to. You and the others comes down to the least expensive. It is a race to the bottom.

After utilizing TurboTax successfully for decades, this was the worst year ever for completion, due to TurboTax software issues, downloading 1099-R forms from Edward Jones.

Always after each update, instead of TTax going back to where you left off, it always goes back to the beginning. Been doing this for years but Intuit just doesn't get it, or they're not interested in correcting this annoyance.

I am only giving 1 star because I was finally able to TRUDGE through your product the year :( I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and never encountered the problems that I encountered this year. I am not a happy customer this year...

Could not down load my financial records, had to manually input them. work in 2024 turbot tax. Big disappointment!!!!. Why did you change. very poor on your part. Hope you fix it for 2026

Awesome, I like how easy it is to dour own taxes. But i just have 1 question. It's about last years return. Can i still check on it or get a review? Because while using Turbo Tax, I was supposed to get $2,958.00 but only got $382.23

Easy step by step instructions to follow. Liked ability to go back and forward and skip. Easy to get last year's return information without my having to look for it.

Very straight forward to use. Love the very detailed and structured step-by-step guidance through completing the return. The "Help/Explanation" links at questions/topics is great and provide understandable examples as well.
