The step by step guidance is invaluable. I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and I have been very satisfied with their product. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be at ease when doing their taxes.

I elected to pay by credit card, there was no option to print. It stated that the app did not support print. It would have been nice to print for my records.

I'm giving y'all a 4 because of the tremendous loss of It's Deductible. I am very disappointed that you have decided to get rid of it. It has been a tremendous help to me over the years. Other than that everything is pretty good.

could not get last years adjusted gross income from old forms not printed out but saved returns on my computer tried to view on my computer the figure never came up had to print out tax return and mail

I completely trust the accuracy. The guidance seemed more cumbersome than in the past. You ask for a password to something I don't recognize or have. A better explanation of that would be helpful.

could not adjust window size on the electronic payment screen. Unable to see the buttons at the bottom of the screen to allow me to progress thru the payment process. Therefore could not submit electronically.

Preparation was good. My complaint is with the filing. It is not clear that paying state e-file fee would avoid $40 processing fee. I paid just to get finished. I'M NOT HAPPY!

I rated Turbo Tax Excellent since it made it easy for me to file. I like to learn about the tax filing as I go through each topic and it is explained very well. Step by step instruction keeps it simple and easy to use.

Harder to use than past years. Not sure where one of my incomes was to be recorded. I thought Social Security was not to be taxed this year but yet I was taxed!
