I have been using Turbo Tax for more years than I can count. The software use to be very user friendly. in the past 2 years not only the software is not user friendly it has become cumbersome.

When I had to calculate US interest and dividends it didn't carry over to mt CT state return. The shortcut keys of CTRL+I to show Supporting Detail did not work.

I gave my comments in the software. Not going to retype them! This is just another issue with this years version. I shouldn't have to enter my review twice!

I have been using TurboTax for a long time, and do not like the new format, the old format was better, simply scrolled down the page to each item and clicked on to handle.

Easy to use, but I hate that they charge extra to electronically file my state return. This fee should be included in the cost of the package when I buy software support for my state taxes.

Turbo Tax is still not ready for final usage to finalize my taxes. I can't pay with my refund without paying an extra $45, instead I have to use a credit card.

It is April 15 and I can't e-file due to the program not advancing, keeps going back to the same place (stuck in a loop). Very unhappy!!! Never had a problem before. So now I will incur a late fee. Thanks Turbo Tax.

I have been using your product for years and since I have no unusable tax situations it is quite easy. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR CANCELLING ITSDEDUCTABLE!!!! I CAME VERY CLOSE TO GOING TO ANOTHER BRAND!!!

desktop version is not good. crashed at the end of my first filing and there is no automatic save feature so had to re-file everything. very frustrating

I called Turbo Tax expert she went above and beyond what i would have expected. she did not leave me until i had Turbo Tax up and running. God Bless You have such devoted employees.
