Pleased overall with TurboTax but was frustrated by problems with updating. Also, dd not agree with or understand why state sales tax for new car was not allowed.

I have been using TurboTax for years without any issues, it is easy to use and walks you through everything. We previously had used an accountant for our taxes which was not any more beneficial than using TurboTax and cost more.

Please program Turbo Tax Deluxe to stop asking filers in no income tax states (like Tennessee where I live) to file a state return. It is annoying to have to repeatedly skip over choices to file a state income tax for Tennessee!

After purchasing TT Deluxe I couldn't get it to install. I got an error message. I had to borrow my son's computer and use his copy of TT Deluxe. So I wasted money on a code that only returns an error message.

Deluxe version includes federal filing charge, state should cost $25 more, as you finish, it makes you buy the premium version for $45 plus the $25 state fee. What's up with that?? Purposeful rip off it seems.

worst year ever. I have been using turbo tax since 2006 and this was the MOST difficult year You all broke a good product. Please fix before next year.

Your update takes forever. I'm in the country. Bad internet service. I want to add to my return and I have to wait for updates, Forever!! Put in option to input without updates. Require updates to file.

More challenging to file state than prior years. No easy way to cross check the various downloaded 1099 categories. No where near as user friendly as the past.

This was hard compared to all the other years I've used Turbo Tax. I couldn't enter information as asked so I had to play games to get it to take the information.

Turbo Tax has been my tax software for almost two decades. it has always been simple to use and provides excellent information. I have has no issues with my returns and am a satisfied customer.
