Turbo Tax is easy to use and appears to cover all the things I need for a maximum tax refund, including things I had not thought of (like reporting sales taxes). There were no bugs (March 2025 version) and everything went smoothly.

Accuracy, compatibility, features, and guidance. Before filing, it is very helpful with what needs to be reviewed by going to the exact field on a form.

Easy to work with interview option. I did have to identify foreign interest/dividends off line - would have been nice to have Turbo tax identify these amounts on my behalf since the tax file was imported from Fidelity Investments

Big surprise and headache, the TurboTax this year could not transfer any of my Tax Forms from my brokerage institution into my report file directly. I had to fill in line by line into all the Form 1099-R and Form 1099-Div.

i LIKE THE WAY YOU COPY DATA FROM PRIOR RETURNS. HELPFUL TO SHOW PREIOUS ENTRIES TO COMPARE WITH CURRENT ENTRIES. DON'T KNOW WHY PROGRAM WANTED ME TO FILE A WA STATE RETURN WHEN YOU KNOW WA STATE DOES NOT REQUIRE ONE - YET.

I've been using turbotx ever since it was invented. I never liked the company. I find their practices to be deceptive. A lot of bait and switch to try to extract some fees along the way. Every year I promise myself I'm going to find something else.

I completed filing, but when I printed the forms they did not print in the same format as in previous years, I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years, first time I've been unable to look over and fully understand the format.

I have used TurboTax for many years. This year's version was very difficult to file. I tried 3 times before it finally transmitted. Inputting the data was simple enough but like I said, I had to submit 3 times.

Prior to the final 'click', we were $950 in the green. After clicking to go to the next screen, we went to owing over $1000 in federal taxes. It would have been nice for the tracker to be more accurate as we went through the tax process.

very poor experience. requests same info multiple times. Continuously tries to upsell to other products I neither need or want. will never purchase again.
