Tried to import data from financial institution. TT said it was successful. 1099 DIV form didn't have any data. Tried several times with same result. Had to enter data manually.

Works perfectly on my MAC and guides me through each section. I find it to be uncomplicated following the instructions and believe my return is as accurate as can be.

allover it is great. however, the explanations can be hard to understand, and some of the guided questions are hard to link or correlate to user's taxing situation, like why do I need this or don't need this.

Turbo tax is a great tool for completing the annual Income tax returns. However the ever increasing cost of the Turbo Tax software may cause me to complete my income me tax return without Turbo Tax.

A bit cumbersome for very simple returns. A glitch in the program does not allow editing or deleting 1099 forms imported from previous year, even thou it claims to do so.

Didn't know that this version only worked with windows 11. I did have a PC with windows 11 but I wanted to use it on my other PC with windows 10. Why did you make it to only work with windows 11?

TurboTax failed to identify an issue with my IP PIN (i.e. it was either missing or the software inported my previous year PIN) and so the first Federal eFile was rejected.

Though I got frustrated, the agent didn't. She was calm, professional, and informative. She gently took the time to explain each question that i asked her. She wa genuinely concerned and helpful.

In my experience, Turbotax is easy to use and helps to file my taxes. My only dislike is the complexity of downloading Turbotax into different computers for my family.

product works, enough said on that. the $40 fee for refund processing is an outrageous afront to we customers. we alll should be lookung at alternative choices
