Turbo Tax has slipped a good deal. Nothing has changed, but my Qualified Retirement Account was suddenly treated as an Annuity with no help as how or where to get new information being requested.

Turbo tax has always been a fine way to file tax. More recently however, things seem to be slipping as there is too much focus on trying to sell me stuff I don't need and to get me to file my return in online in the cloud!

I originally filed online, but I need to file an amended return. It was very easy to purchase a code, download the software, and quickly make the amendment.

The only improvement would be able to open the program without updating when I want a quick look for some information, especially several years later.

TurboTax is a good product. But the intrusive attempts to get the desktop user to switch to the online tool are annoying, even disruptive when working on the actual return.

IVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR THE LAST TWO DECADES BUT WITH THE NEW CHANGES TOMTHE PROGRAM IM CONSIDERING BUYING A DIFFERENT PROGRAM NEXT YEAR I HATE THE CHANGES YOU MADE TO THE PROGRAM THIS YEAR

Everything went well. Recommend you get North Carolina to waive $25 e-file charge. It is in their own interest to have e-file versus having people send in paper copies of their tax forms.
