A fee was added once I selected pay from Federal refund. the refund process is a circular program with no results. There should not be a fee and another company involved in my Federal Tax Return.

Turbo Tax is easy to use as long as you have all the information you need. I appreciate its guidance through the process and the details. Until I start owning property and more, I will always use turbo tax.

Turbo tax is always so easy to fill out and filing Fed and State taxes. I have always been impressed with how well Turbo Tax is so accurate in each section.

I have been using Turbo Tax desktop software for over 25 years. It is so easy to use and navigate. I have used the online version a few times, not as easy to use. Don't get rid of the desktop version like what was done with Quickbooks.

It was super complicated to file with multiple charges mid-process. I got charged almost $100 in unavoidable fees despite being a full-time student and dependent who made a total of 2,500 last year. It felt overly complicated and super predatory.

I love, love the software. The review processes and walkthroughs are the most helpful. I don't feel I need to have audit advice because of my past experience with the IRS. It's great that it's available for those who feel they need it.

I have been using TurboTax for years. I find it easy to navigate, concise, informative, accurate and trustworthy. I have recommended the product to others. I like preparing my own taxes using the product because it helps me to know my tax liability.

I think the software is great. Having to pay $40 to efile the federal tax return should be free if you purchase the software and register it. At least for one return

I did not like how I was going to have to pay for State completion of my taxes becuase I used the "online" version when I had already paid for state through my desktop version. It felt like bait and switch.

It got the job done, but it was not very helpful with difficult entries. At one point I asked about how to enter the extra Social Security lump sum payment received and I was told to report all security issues to a certain website.
