Forms K-1 and K-3 entry steps need refinement. I hate this section every tax year. Additionally the Income section for 1099 entries has too many graphics. Just show a listing of what is available from previous year.

Over many years, TurboTax provides excellent software for preparing my Federal Income Tax return. This year's software has "bug" re: specifying Digital Asset (Y/N)

Just right amount of detail taking me step by step through all topics, thoroughly. Good explanation of topics and notes to help me make decisions. Easy to e-file.

It was fairly easy to enter everything but I was required to send a Form 8453 with Form 8949. When the software said the print the required documents to send, it did not print Form 8949. This is very confusing

I don't know what changes you made for 2025, but it is the worse program I have used. Never had issues with Turbo tax in the past years until this 2025. I don't know that I will continue using it.

I am shocked and stunned at the number and amounts of added fees for convenience, such as the $40 charge for direct deposit. I won't be using your services next year.

Very straight forward to use. Love the very detailed and structured step-by-step guidance through completing the return. The "Help/Explanation" links at questions/topics is great and provide understandable examples as well.

This program needs serious review and testing. It has become more difficult to use over the years and now actually makes errors in guiding you through the return. I will be thinking hard before using it in the future.
