Overall a fine program. Disappointed that they did not prompt me to open a Trump account for my infant even though all the online support documents on their site said that they would when I went to file.

Turbo Tax is always self-explanatory and very easy to understand and use. I have done my own taxes for years now using TT and wouldn't do them any other way!

no improvement in interface in years, font too small, some questions do not have explanations and difficult to find answers, state product is TERRIBLE for the price. Easy to pay & transmit returns

1099-Q QTP to Roth conversion: Software not updated until late , March 28. Did not fill in third party designee but able to do it manually. Not worth the cost of deluxe with problems and simple return. Will do it with free versions next year.

Went fine until I got charged $20 for State filing when with TT Deluxe I am supposed to get one free state filing. Offer stated 1 free State filing.

This program needs serious review and testing. It has become more difficult to use over the years and now actually makes errors in guiding you through the return. I will be thinking hard before using it in the future.

Easy and accurate. All questions are answered. Just plug in the numbers and let Turbo Tax do the work. I've been using this for many many years. Love it.

This year's version was the worst version of Turbo Tax in over 20 years!!! Lot's of glitches- problems importing last years taxes, etc. When putting in W2 info, there's a drop down menu of stats, that doesn't include TEXAS!!!!!!

SOlid product only major issue and it was a major issue is the handling of non cash contributions this has to be corrected for the future using a list type entry format, current method is way to time consuming if you itemize.

I was unhappy to find that I could not shift between TT online and TT desktop. Please try to make allow uploading a file worked on a laptop into TT online. I lost $15 due to this!
