Turbo Tax is a great resource and tool.

turbotax is thorough and help is easy to obtain. Plenty of assistance and easy to use. I had a security issue and they were great in resolving the issue. They guided me through every step. I have used it for many years.

Turbo Tax Inefficient

Many inefficiencies this year, repetitive questions. For instance why not ask overall for investments if any straddles, etc. If not done, if so can choose which ones it applies to. In prior years I would have given a 4 star rating.

TT has problem with NJ tax filing

Most of TT is fine...it would be nice if the font size could be adjusted to be larger. TT does not know how to accurately fill out New Jersey Worksheet C - IRA Withdrawals. This is a recurring problem, year after year. TT should fix this problem.

You Can not add direct deposit number state mailin

You Can not add direct deposit numbers to state filling when trying to fill out mail in forms. This must be hand written in because Turbo Tax wants 25.00 to electronic file.

Not happy this year.

Not happy with it this year. Vey unhappy there was do charitable donation calculator for my household good donations. It also was clunky this year and I had issues with a few things such as the mortgage and 529 education expense sections.

Small Font is a problem

Desktop deluxe version, on Macbook Pro: I would like to be able to enlarge the font. That would be big. improvement for me. I have searched the web without finding a solution.

Price up. NO installation media/CD available.

NO LONGER PROVIDES A PHYSICAL CD (in case future install, amendment needed). Product price continues to climb. Too much nudging to buy products while using the software.

Frustrating Experience

The 2025 tax filing experience was one of worst that we had had in using the Turbo Tax desktop product. There were problems throughout the entering of information and the e-filing process exhausting and frustrating!
