I had used Turbo Tax for many years and had been very pleased with its usability and cost. Last year my wife purchased H&R Block, and I was very disappointed and wished I had my old reliable Turbo Tax. This year I made sure my wife purchased Turbo Tax and I am glad to be back.

Turbotax allocated my RMD distribution wrong causing a 669 penalty. Had to file 2 amended filing to get it right...I hope

Forced to use windows 11 was almost a deal breaker. This kind of disregard for you customers will be the reason I stop using Turbotax. A software I have been using since Turbotax first started.

Always after each update, instead of TTax going back to where you left off, it always goes back to the beginning. Been doing this for years but Intuit just doesn't get it, or they're not interested in correcting this annoyance.

Pretty effortless filing of 2025 taxes. Since I'm 73 this year, I would have appreciated more information on RMD filing. It says it will be handled, but I saw nothing in the product that seemed to do so.

I am so frustrated right now.... I could not print nor take a picture of h fees to file. Now I cannot find and easy way to find them so tah I can save them. If I dont get a copy in the email, I will likely not use Turbo tax again.
