I am a longtime TurboTax user, and I must say I am very concerned about the quality and accuracy of the software. I was confused as to why certain tax deductions, such as the Child Tax Credit, were not appearing. Googling this issue led me to a solution, but re-entering child information seems like a major flaw and has me doubting whether I am getting all the deductions I am entitled to. I have confidently used TurboTax in past believing the product was solid now I am not so sure. BTW - I checked my 2024 and Child Tax Credit was not applied on that return until I removed and re-entered child information.

I am now 71 years old and have used Turbo Tax for over 25 years! Not sure I could have done my own taxes all these years without Turbo Tax. I continue to urge younger folks to try it versus paying hundreds of dollars to "so call" tax experts to simply file a short form! Turbo Tax might want to launch an ad campaign targeted to younger folks (under age 40) about preparing their own taxes. Most people those ages are already "computer literate."

Takes too long to update application with the applicable amendment documents by each state and federal govt. App need a lot more effective navigations and display of information as you go thru the document. In my case, it didn't recognize last years 1099R as I pull over the saved document on my computer.

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for almost 30 years and Trust their program totally. The help topics and guidance are step by step and very easy to use. The software is very user friendly! By-the-way... I am almost 76 years old and if I can do this, you can!!! :)

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and am extremely impressed and satisfied with the ease of input and accuracy. Due to the Windows 11 requirement I purchased a new PC today to begin inputting my return just because Turbo Tax is such a great product.

Software works well enough, but pricing is really unfair and close to misleading. Misleading because IN ADDITION to paying more for the deluxe version that includes one state tax return, at the very end user finds out it will then cost an ADDITIONAL $25 to e-file that state tax return. This surcharge should be more clearly and prominently displayed before buying this from TurboTax.

TurboTax 25 was very glitchy and tempermental. Had to restart several times. Lost information that was entered and had re-enter. Did not direct to other income sources such as Social Security Disability. Overall very displeased with this version and filing system this year.

I have used TurboTax for many years and have been very happy with your product. However, the only thing that needs improvement is responding with accurate notifications when pending forms are available. You emailed me many days before Form 5695 was actually available. I identify this as poor customer service. Please do better next year.

I waited after having my State of Wisconsin efile rejected until February 13th after the updates to the State were uploaded and resubmitted them only to have them again rejected. I just resubmitted them again and fully expect another rejection which will force me to mail them in after paying $25 for the ability to efile them. Very disappointed, and I would expect to be reimbursed

I found this year's version much more difficult to navigate vs prior years. Entering 1099 info was confusing and I ended up with duplicate or extra entries. I have been using turbotax for over ten years and will probably seek out other software for next year.
