All went well with my taxes. Once I added my State Return I had significant problems with printing out selected forms. It would add additional forms not selected, the pages would not print correctly. I had worked fine until the State Return was added!

After using Turbo Tax Deluxe-Desktop for several years, I believe doing my taxes this year was easier then ever before with additional questions or statements clarifying areas that I might make a mistake in, making me more aware of each area that made me feel more comfortable then all the years I have been doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax. Thank you for continuing to put out a better product each year. In my opinion Turbo Tax is simple and accurate to put in my own data and file electronically each year. Thank you Turbo Tax.

I am a long time user, so am generally familiar with the program. This year however I experienced some disturbing behavior--the program would hang, or drop down menus wouldn't go away, or I couldn't get back to the program when looking at another window (I'm a Mac user). This was alarming because I was racing to file on time, and was worried that I'd lose work--fortunately I didn't. But I don't recall glitches like this in the past.

Very helpful except in identifying a typo I did and in inputting a 1099 by hand. Also problematic when a financial organization wouldn't import. Same business multiple years. I had to use chat for guidance when the instructions were too general or didn't tell you where to find an item to check it.

It's Deductible has been removed, so Intuit is forcing you to go to a third party website to manage this information now. Some guidance seems very vague now... requires use of Google to clarify what I should do. More banners/popups than necessary trying to get you to purchase additional services or change from desktop to online version.

The online experience was awful; I got all the way to the end and then a glitch prevented me from being able to complete e-filing. I had to do it all over again using the desktop version, which is what I usually use. I will never use the online version again.

I have always trusted and enjoyed using Turbo Tax. I think this year, however, there were some glitches that I think might have something to do with the addition of AI interfaces and/or DOGE type oversight: specifically, confusing guidelines for estimated taxes where overpayment from prior years is listed under Other Taxes, and the listing of incorrect ages of taxpayers forcing the user to look for purposely false information in the program. I hope this is just a glitch and not a trend. Thank you.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and this year is the first time i found it frustrating. finding answers to my questions was difficult and the whole process was laborious. I imported the previous years taxes and still had to fill out a bunch of info that was in those taxes (just for example)

I was disturbed that for the second year in a row I was unable to import my info from the prior year I found last year's .tax2024 document, but when i clicked on transfer, i just got a beep several times in a row. Ive been using TurboTax for decades and only recently has this function failed.

Seemed to work fine. Spent the extra dollars to efile state return. On March 14, 2026 received letter from State of Illinois that said did not have Property Tax information and removed credit shown on return. Was State of Illinois sent 2025 Schedule ICR with the efile?????????????
