[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this product complimentary to review. It was surprisingly light weight and also very well made. My only complaint is I wish the massage feature had firmer options, it was VERY light for my liking.

However, the surface area needs to cover more of the shoulders, neck and lower back. The current vibrations are centrally located and do not extend out far enough to reach other areas. It also has to be plugged in while using but would be more beneficial if it were wireless and allowed for easy mobility.

It has a strap to hold it in place and keep it against your back, I did not need this if I was sitting against the couch or high back chair. Good to know if you are irritated by straps. This product has two heat settings high and low. In my opinion I would personally like the high a bit hotter or possibly a 3rd setting. It has 5 vibrations settings of various patterns. It's a nice feature, but I mainly like it for the soothing heat. If you are looking for a more deep tissue, rolling shiatsu type massage, this is not it. It is a vibration type Overall I like this product the front snaps are a nice feature also to keep in in place, especially if not using the strap. It also suits automatically after 20 mins. The four stars is because of the heat, definitely would like it hotter and I do prefer a deeper massage feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have often tension headaches and pain on neck, shoulders and upper back. It helps a lot with the pain and the muscular tension. I would like a little more pressure from the massage but it’s work well enough for me. Love the heat. It’s not rechargeable , to works it needs to be plug it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I absolutely love the size and the weight of this but I feel like the massager could be more evenly placed and that the heat could take up more of the pad. The heat is just the right amount so that you don’t have to worry about it getting too hot after a while and the massager has a perfect amount of pressure and speeds so you can change it to however you like. I just wish that the massaging went lower on my back or I could change the settings to where I need the vibrations. All in all- I love this and have used it every day that I have had it and so have my teen athletes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it very useful for me that I have muscle tension, also that it is warm perfect for after a long day, I liked the ease although I would like it to be rechargeable and not have to be next to the connected cable.

It was a great heat pad for five months then stopped working. It’s doesn’t massage, it vibrates. Which is still relaxing. However, it should be called a vibrating heat pad. It is comforting and easy to use. I only wish it would have lasted longer than five months.
