easy to use and feels great

This product gives great comfort to achy shoulders. I highly recommend this product.

Massage is noisy, and feels okay, but not what I would expect a massage to feel like. Heat works great. There is a gap at the top, so I am not sure it actually massages shoulders. I keep pulling it down.

I think the item would have been on taller women or possibly for men. However,for my size, it was VERY heavy.

I really liked that it has different settings for the massage however I personally could not feel it up around the shoulder or neck area which is were I was needing it the most. The heat felt great it never got to hot. it would be great for upper to mid back pain.

I ordered this for tense muscles in my shoulders. I tried this without heat a few times. the massage gets irritating before it helps me. the massage beads are in one small area rather than all over the item. it might work for single area massage.

The item works but not for for a 80 plus lady who lives alone. This is much to heavy and to bulky for a 4,11 inch AN 120 LB woman not a Horse OK for a new pony. I lost a lot of money for me.

Not very strong heat and massage for the price

No real heat other than slightly warm and only on a small section of the upper back, no heat or massage on the neck/shoulder area. I am pretty disappointed, I don’t recommend it.
