did not work when arrived. it was a gift. massage did not work and heat wasn't working other than little warm not warmer. i was charged a sales tax, although i live in Oregon.

Ordered this massager to replace my old one that stopped working. Wasn’t sure if it would be as good as I had. But, it is truly worth the money. It works well! Small and compact. Isn’t too rough and uncomfortable for me or my husband.

Just what I hoped it would be. Heat and massage are just what I needed for my neck and shoulder pain. Excellent!
