I think the item would have been on taller women or possibly for men. However,for my size, it was VERY heavy.

I really liked that it has different settings for the massage however I personally could not feel it up around the shoulder or neck area which is were I was needing it the most. The heat felt great it never got to hot. it would be great for upper to mid back pain.

Ordered this massager to replace my old one that stopped working. Wasn’t sure if it would be as good as I had. But, it is truly worth the money. It works well! Small and compact. Isn’t too rough and uncomfortable for me or my husband.

No real heat other than slightly warm and only on a small section of the upper back, no heat or massage on the neck/shoulder area. I am pretty disappointed, I don’t recommend it.

did not work when arrived. it was a gift. massage did not work and heat wasn't working other than little warm not warmer. i was charged a sales tax, although i live in Oregon.

I am over all satisfied with this product. Heat level was nice. I would just like more intesense massage.

Product works as stated. Not very flexible. Belt is made for a smaller person .
