The Sharper Image pain relief wrap for your neck is a portable comfort item for a variety of issues. It provides a gentle vibration to soothe your muscles and provides the perfect amount of heat to help relax them. It’s portable and easy to use, which makes it handy for many situations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The massage vest fits well and is easy to wear. The heating component is also a plus. However, the surface area needs to cover more of the shoulders, neck and lower back. The current vibrations are centrally located and do not extend out far enough to reach other areas. It also has to be plugged in while using but would be more beneficial if it were wireless and allowed for easy mobility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for it’s massaging features as well as the heating and because I could use it flat as a heating pad wherever I needed it. Using it, I started to think it wasn’t all that useful since it was just massaging one spot, then I remembered why I picked it, unhooked the chest clips, and moved it around my back. Then it was awesome! There’s several different massage settings, just basic vibration but they do the trick. It gets nice and warm. The only part that would make it better is to have a charging feature so you didn’t have to use it within a cord’s length of an outlet. Otherwise, this is great!

This is a very weak back massager, it is certainly not a neck and shoulder massager because there are NO massagers in that area. There's only ones at the lower back and upper back. This is absolutely FALSE advertising. The heating is pretty weak to non existent in the neck and shoulder as well. Once again only in the back and even low heat in that area. Overall this is a terrible device.

I've had others in the past that would slip off, but this one stays on and it is heavy. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck pain like I do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for Sharper Images back and shoulder massager, and I was hugely disappointed. This thing is bulky, you’re not going to find a position where you are comfortable. I don’t mind the weights and strap, as I know this is needed for this design. The part that’s uncomfortable is the “massager” in your shoulders. They only vibrate and they stick out, digging into your shoulders. There are several settings to this; massage and heat. You can have them both on or work them separately. The massage has 5 different vibrating patterns and the heat has high/low. If you’re hoping to get heat for your neck, you’ll be disappointed. You get none with this. Basically, this is a vibrating heating pad with two balls in your shoulder causing your to be more uncomfortable than you were before. Look elsewhere. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing has been a life saver I know longer have to beg my husband to rub me! It clips on and stays in place and the heat feels so great unfortunately I can only keep it on for a few minutes at a time because it makes my skin itchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I reviewed the neck and shoulder massager, I wasn’t expecting it to feel so nice. Usually you just get a little heat and gentle massage but this one is really nice. It has adjustable settings and I will definitely be using it a lot! My only complaint is I wish it was a little bit longer.

It works awesome for upper back and shoulder pain unlike other ones I have tried in the past, this one is far the best. The message and heat together really relieve overall pain. I also like that the message has five settings to choose from. I would most definitely recommend this product to all my friends.
