You simply plug it in you can select different massage types or no massage at all and it’s got a perfect heat range throughout your neck and back.

It is amazing and it’s not too rough on your back for massaging or too hot. It fits comfortably around your neck and back to help with those back pain needs. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I absolutely love the size and the weight of this but I feel like the massager could be more evenly placed and that the heat could take up more of the pad. The heat is just the right amount so that you don’t have to worry about it getting too hot after a while and the massager has a perfect amount of pressure and speeds so you can change it to however you like. I just wish that the massaging went lower on my back or I could change the settings to where I need the vibrations. All in all- I love this and have used it every day that I have had it and so have my teen athletes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper Image has such innovate products with clever solutions that I was excited to try their Heated Neck + Shoulder Massager. First the packaging is top notch so it is nicely packaged for gift giving. In the box are the wrap, an a/c adapter and a one sheet instruction manual. The instructions are helpful, though this is very easy to use even without instructions. You just put it on, plug one end of the adapter in the wrap right under the control panel and the other into and outlet and you are ready to go. The controls are right on the front so you can easily see the control to change the heat and massage settings. Heat can be set to low, high or off. And there are five different vibration settings or that can also be turned off. Overall the design is pretty nice and I love the soft fleece exterior. There are a couple design flaws that could be addressed to make this a better product. First there is an elastic buckle strap to hold the wrap in place. The location of the strap is problematic if you are a full-figured woman because you have to place it above or below your chest and neither of those positions is comfortable, so this was designed for a man or flat-chested woman. The good news is you really don't need the strap since you are already tethered to an outlet and can't walk around with it on anyway. I just clipped off the straps. The other design flaw is the neck part of the pad. It does absolutely nothing that I can detect. No massaging and if it heats it is too little to be perceptible. That may be because there is no good way to keep it up against your neck - it's floppy and doesn't really stand up on it's own like the photos show. I like all the adjustments to personalize the heat and massage experience. As a heating pad for the upper back it does a very nice job. The massage settings vary mostly in pattern for length of pulse. Some are short bursts, some are longer and some are combination. The massage part only works on the upper back, there is no massage points for the neck and shoulders. Bottom line, it seems well made and has some nice features, but with a few tweaks this could be a much more useful product. It was hard to pick a rating, I'd actually say it's about a 3.5, so I rounded it up to a 4.

I feel like I’m constantly massaging my neck due to my desk job and this helps so much! My only issue with it is the vibration from the massager is seriously so loud. Other than that I absolutely love the product.

It works awesome for upper back and shoulder pain unlike other ones I have tried in the past, this one is far the best. The message and heat together really relieve overall pain. I also like that the message has five settings to choose from. I would most definitely recommend this product to all my friends.

The heat works great and will definitely use this like a heating pad. Just wished it massaged better and came up the neck more then it would be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for it’s massaging features as well as the heating and because I could use it flat as a heating pad wherever I needed it. Using it, I started to think it wasn’t all that useful since it was just massaging one spot, then I remembered why I picked it, unhooked the chest clips, and moved it around my back. Then it was awesome! There’s several different massage settings, just basic vibration but they do the trick. It gets nice and warm. The only part that would make it better is to have a charging feature so you didn’t have to use it within a cord’s length of an outlet. Otherwise, this is great!
