It has five different massage settings and hi/lo for heat. The massager is so relaxing and soothing it puts me to sleep. The heat is great for sore muscles. The front of the wrap does not have the massager in it. This is a great product and I would purchase this again!

It has a strap to hold it in place and keep it against your back, I did not need this if I was sitting against the couch or high back chair. Good to know if you are irritated by straps. This product has two heat settings high and low. In my opinion I would personally like the high a bit hotter or possibly a 3rd setting. It has 5 vibrations settings of various patterns. It's a nice feature, but I mainly like it for the soothing heat. If you are looking for a more deep tissue, rolling shiatsu type massage, this is not it. It is a vibration type Overall I like this product the front snaps are a nice feature also to keep in in place, especially if not using the strap. It also suits automatically after 20 mins. The four stars is because of the heat, definitely would like it hotter and I do prefer a deeper massage feature. This is a very weak back massager, it is certainly not a neck and shoulder massager because there are NO massagers in that area. There's only ones at the lower back and upper back. This is absolutely FALSE advertising. The heating is pretty weak to non existent in the neck and shoulder as well. Once again only in the back and even low heat in that area. Overall this is a terrible device.

We had a Grammy party and every person wanted to take turns using it. It heats up nice and warm and vibrates on your shoulders. It has a waste strap and buttons to secure in place. It fits all sizes of people and is adjustable. I am going on a trip next week and I am going to bring this on the plane with me, because I can’t live without it. This also puts me to sleep, because it’s so comforting. Get yourself one, you will be obsessed like me.

Usually you just get a little heat and gentle massage but this one is really nice. It has adjustable settings and I will definitely be using it a lot! My only complaint is I wish it was a little bit longer.

I would like a little more pressure from the massage but it’s work well enough for me. Love the heat. It’s not rechargeable , to works it needs to be plug it in.
