It covers the lower part of your neck, your shoulders, and a great deal of your back, providing multiple levels of heat. The massage feels decent, but only comes from one central location and is a bit loud. It is really only a slight vibrate, rather than a significant vibration or massage. The heat and coverage will bring much use to the product, but they weren’t five stars only because of the massage.

It doesn’t massage your shoulders or your neck so that part is a little misleading. It’s more of a vibrating pad. Sure, it feels good but I thought I was getting a neck massager and that’s where it falls short.

I especially love the heat function. I put it on my work chair, lean back and enjoy a little heated massage. Works great!! Highly recommend. The massager works well and has five pulse modes. It has a safety feature that shuts it off after 30 minutes which is good because you could fall asleep with it because it is so relaxing.

The heat works great and will definitely use this like a heating pad. Just wished it massaged better and came up the neck more then it would be perfect.

I have severe neck and back pain along with many other pains, this wrap has two buttons that holds it in place around the neck/shoulders.
