Two heat settings and five levels of variable vibration to Soothe your sore muscles. But the amazing bonus is, it snaps in the front and has a clip belt for around the chest so if you need to be on the move for a bit after it’s heated up you can simply unplug it and take it and it’s heat with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works wonderfully! It actually gave me some relief from my joint and soft tissue issues in my upper back/shoulder/neck area. It’s a nice weight, not too heavy but heavy enough to know it’s there.

It fits perfect and has a strap that buckles around your chest and then also snaps together in front to hold it in place. There are different setting for the massage part that you can change by just clicking the button. It shuts off by itself after so long which is very helpful as if you fall asleep it doesn't run the whole time.

This is a very weak back massager, it is certainly not a neck and shoulder massager because there are NO massagers in that area. There's only ones at the lower back and upper back. This is absolutely FALSE advertising. The heating is pretty weak to non existent in the neck and shoulder as well. Once again only in the back and even low heat in that area. Overall this is a terrible device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck wrap warms up and vibrates more then massages your back. It states that it is for your back and neck but there is no massage or heat that is on your neck. Overall, it’s fine but not great. I wish that it massaged better.

Where most heating pads don't wrap around the neck, this one takes care of that. The gentle pulsating massage and heat provide almost instantaneous comfort to your sore muscles. There is a 30 minute auto shut off feature..I've included the instructions for you to view also..

I feel like I’m constantly massaging my neck due to my desk job and this helps so much! My only issue with it is the vibration from the massager is seriously so loud. Other than that I absolutely love the product.

It warms up my sore overworked muscles. Then let it massage you as you sit back n enjoy. Super easy to put on and plug in and go. I can dab it w wet cloth lightly if I need to but try not too.
