[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for Sharper Images back and shoulder massager, and I was hugely disappointed. This thing is bulky, you’re not going to find a position where you are comfortable. I don’t mind the weights and strap, as I know this is needed for this design. The part that’s uncomfortable is the “massager” in your shoulders. They only vibrate and they stick out, digging into your shoulders. There are several settings to this; massage and heat. You can have them both on or work them separately. The massage has 5 different vibrating patterns and the heat has high/low. If you’re hoping to get heat for your neck, you’ll be disappointed. You get none with this. Basically, this is a vibrating heating pad with two balls in your shoulder causing your to be more uncomfortable than you were before. Look elsewhere. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not the greatest massager you can find but you also can’t expect much from a vest like this instead of a chair. The “massage” feature is more like a shake feature that tends to numb more than knead. If you really push back into it it feels good but otherwise doesn’t really accomplish much. The heat feature however is very nice and it does help my shoulders, neck, and back relax. I don’t like that you are tethered with a plug, it would be so much better if it was wireless but I guess that would require too much battery power. It’s a nice to have but not need to have.

Their Heated Neck + Shoulder a vibrating massager with heat is absolutely a perfect way to relieve neck and shoulder back pain. I fell in love with the high collar and how it wraps around my shoulders then drapes down my back and closes with Velcro tabs that are sewed in the front of wrap. It is totally amazing how the combination of the heat and massager calms down and relaxes my overworked, stressed nerves and muscles in my shoulders and neck. I love the how the remote control is on the left side of the front of the messenger. With this remote you can easily adjust the 5 different pulse massage settings to sooth the tense mussels in your neck and shoulders. Furthermore, with the same remote you can raise or lower the temperature settings for the heat therapy that will relax those achy and sore muscles in your neck and shoulders. Also, you can make the adjust for each feature separately. Honestly, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to treat the pain and stiffness in their upper back and or shoulders, or even just to relax.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for it’s massaging features as well as the heating and because I could use it flat as a heating pad wherever I needed it. Using it, I started to think it wasn’t all that useful since it was just massaging one spot, then I remembered why I picked it, unhooked the chest clips, and moved it around my back. Then it was awesome! There’s several different massage settings, just basic vibration but they do the trick. It gets nice and warm. The only part that would make it better is to have a charging feature so you didn’t have to use it within a cord’s length of an outlet. Otherwise, this is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending all day on Saturday and Sundays hunched over a laptop working on homework, my husband will usually plus this wrap in and wear it in the evenings during our downtime. He says it’s comfortable, adjustable, relaxing, and finds it effective to loosen the tension in the back on his neck. He does wish this wrap would get a tad warmer like a heating pad would, but overall thinks it’s a great product and uses it just about every weekend.

I love that this doesn't get overly hot and it has multiple massage settings. The strap is perfect, which is great because I'm bigger. It isn't too tight or uncomfortable.

Even with the snaps and belt secured, this just doesn’t have a tight enough connection to my shoulders or neck to really do very much. While it is comfortable to wear, and definitely works as a heating element, it doesn’t do much in the way of massaging the area. I would say this is more like a very fancy heating pad than anything else.
