I was really looking forward to receiving this one, after a long day this sounded so nice , but extremely disappointing. There is no massage , it is just a vibrating pad. Even if you push to apply pressure to get some kind of massage effect, very weak and serves no purpose. Unless you like to feel a light vibration and find that relaxing, I personally don’t and have no use for it . Just don’t do it for me sadly

It has adjustable heat levels and 5 massage modes. I use this every night and also had a 30 minute timer setting that has auto shut off because sometimes it will put you to sleep.

The massage has 5 pulse settings for intensity. The heat option makes the massage even more soothing and relaxing. After just a few minutes of use I already felt pain relief and my shoulders felt more relaxed. Definitely recommend this shoulder and neck massager for immediate pain relief.

I've had others in the past that would slip off, but this one stays on and it is heavy. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck pain like I do!

It fits perfect and has a strap that buckles around your chest and then also snaps together in front to hold it in place. There are different setting for the massage part that you can change by just clicking the button. It shuts off by itself after so long which is very helpful as if you fall asleep it doesn't run the whole time.

Material against body is soft and nice like a microfiber. Heats well, vibrates well. I’m personally not a huge fan of vibration because it makes my back itch, but this one was one of the better vibration massagers. The buttons are not clear on high, low settings.

Using it, I started to think it wasn’t all that useful since it was just massaging one spot, then I remembered why I picked it, unhooked the chest clips, and moved it around my back. Then it was awesome! There’s several different massage settings, just basic vibration but they do the trick. It gets nice and warm. The only part that would make it better is to have a charging feature so you didn’t have to use it within a cord’s length of an outlet. Otherwise, this is great!

It doesn’t massage your shoulders or your neck so that part is a little misleading. It’s more of a vibrating pad. Sure, it feels good but I thought I was getting a neck massager and that’s where it falls short.
