I like the way it wraps around you and is secure to me in places that I need it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck wrap is amazing it works well the massage gets down in their at the top party or neck lower part you know top party your back it has helped me relieve a lot of pressure and pain and the top part of my back as I go through these cancer treatments then snaps around the neck are a little bit small for people with bigger next but it does sit well with out being snapped in place I would recommend this to anyone for relaxation or to use as there be for the pain in the upper back and shoulders area

It warms up my sore overworked muscles. Then let it massage you as you sit back n enjoy. Super easy to put on and plug in and go. I can dab it w wet cloth lightly if I need to but try not too.

The massager works well and has five pulse modes. It has a safety feature that shuts it off after 30 minutes which is good because you could fall asleep with it because it is so relaxing.

I like the fact you can control the amount of heat the vibration pattern on the chest part. the first patter is a thumping patter and have to cycle through to a steady pattern. I like the fact it also has a timer for shut off but would like to be able to set the timer. other then that its great

It go down to my lower back. Works well just wish the heating component part got a little hotter. The massage function is great.

It covers the lower part of your neck, your shoulders, and a great deal of your back, providing multiple levels of heat. The massage feels decent, but only comes from one central location and is a bit loud. It is really only a slight vibrate, rather than a significant vibration or massage. The heat and coverage will bring much use to the product, but they weren’t five stars only because of the massage.

I was very excited to try to Pain Relief Wrap Neck Heated by Shapper Image. It’s a life saver. I wear it at the end of the day, choose the heat level and press massage button and relax. It usually takes me 20-30 minutes to relax my sore muscles and feel relaxed and ready to cook and play with my daughter. Great and easy to use products! Definitely a staple in my evening routine!
