[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher but not unrealistic expectations for this product. First off, the heating option is weak. Even on high, it’s barely warm. The massager balls are painful if you lean back on anything. Even not sitting back still doesn’t feel great. This could be a good product if they made major improvements. The idea of it is great.

I wish it was a little longer to get my lower back but I am hairstylist and usually I have a lot of pension in my shoulder blades, so having a eating pad that has really helped and that area. Happy with this product!

However, the surface area needs to cover more of the shoulders, neck and lower back. The current vibrations are centrally located and do not extend out far enough to reach other areas. It also has to be plugged in while using but would be more beneficial if it were wireless and allowed for easy mobility.

It vibrates, warms, and has 5 settings to choose from. It also has a timed setting if you fall asleep! Totally recommend this massager, a must have!

It is amazing and it’s not too rough on your back for massaging or too hot. It fits comfortably around your neck and back to help with those back pain needs. I highly recommend this product!

The vibration can also be on or off and has multiple vibration patterns. The vibration is right at the top in between the shoulder blades and can be felt in the neck area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice product although I do wish the heat function was better. I suffer a lot of neck pain from a past C3 fracture and I was hoping this would be better than my weighted heated pad. They both are probably equally to me in terms in relief.
