I like the way it wraps around you and is secure to me in places that I need it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I didn’t think it would be as intense, it really has power! The controls light up so you know which button to press and it even has a strap to attach to your chair to make it even easier to use! It’s also a very generous size, fitting many people and even going down the back.

I've had others in the past that would slip off, but this one stays on and it is heavy. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck pain like I do!

Material against body is soft and nice like a microfiber. Heats well, vibrates well. I’m personally not a huge fan of vibration because it makes my back itch, but this one was one of the better vibration massagers. The buttons are not clear on high, low settings.

It doesn’t massage your shoulders or your neck so that part is a little misleading. It’s more of a vibrating pad. Sure, it feels good but I thought I was getting a neck massager and that’s where it falls short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is nice. It's got a lot of potential. I enjoy the different levels have vibration and it really does feel like a massage chair. The issue is the heat. It doesn't get very hot and I do not feel like that feature was helpful to me. It gets warm but not warm enough. Also, the strap in the front that you clip together to help the product stay on is in a weird place. It's uncomfortable to have that part clipped together. I think this product has a lot of potential to be a good product but when buying a heat pad I'm looking for heat which this one didn't have much of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried more than a few of these back neck and shoulder massage products. I love all the different settings and the heat is awesome. The buttons are conveniently located on the front and you can use the chest strap buckled or unbuckled.

I would like a little more pressure from the massage but it’s work well enough for me. Love the heat. It’s not rechargeable , to works it needs to be plug it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher but not unrealistic expectations for this product. First off, the heating option is weak. Even on high, it’s barely warm. The massager balls are painful if you lean back on anything. Even not sitting back still doesn’t feel great. This could be a good product if they made major improvements. The idea of it is great.
