[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried more than a few of these back neck and shoulder massage products. I love all the different settings and the heat is awesome. The buttons are conveniently located on the front and you can use the chest strap buckled or unbuckled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Pain Relief Wrap Neck Heated. If I have a long day at the office I come home and put that on and the heat feels great and the vibrations loosen all my muscles! I love having the different pulsing options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this heated neck wrap to be pretty average. I hoped it had a stronger massage than it did. The quality was very good. It was also very comfortable. The heat was nice if you needed it. I didn’t find that you could use the heat and massage separately which I did not care for. I also needed to sit back on the chair to be able to really feel the massage feature enough to make a difference. I also found the massage feature to be a little loud.

I also hold a lot of tension in my neck and was excited for something to help with both. However, there is really nothing for your neck in this product. It may get a little heat but not much. Aside from this, the heat pad is quite noisy when it is on. I am paranoid about my roommates thinking I am using other electronics and therefore discontinued use. I give this product four stars in total because it really does help with back pain and the different settings are great for any persons need. You have three heat settings and I believe 5 different massage or pulse settings. Overall pretty good minus noise.

I have severe neck and back pain along with many other pains, this wrap has two buttons that holds it in place around the neck/shoulders. Has three modes of vibrations along with three heat adjustments. Makes an awesome gift to those who need.

I love the heat setting and the fact the massage is separate so I can only use heat. Also the different massage settings are nice. It's also a bit weighted which I love. I would definitely recommend others to give it a try if they have any neck shoulder or back issues I will definitely look at other products from the brand as we are very happy with it 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The massage vest fits well and is easy to wear. The heating component is also a plus. However, the surface area needs to cover more of the shoulders, neck and lower back. The current vibrations are centrally located and do not extend out far enough to reach other areas. It also has to be plugged in while using but would be more beneficial if it were wireless and allowed for easy mobility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had higher but not unrealistic expectations for this product. First off, the heating option is weak. Even on high, it’s barely warm. The massager balls are painful if you lean back on anything. Even not sitting back still doesn’t feel great. This could be a good product if they made major improvements. The idea of it is great.

It was a great heat pad for five months then stopped working. It’s doesn’t massage, it vibrates. Which is still relaxing. However, it should be called a vibrating heat pad. It is comforting and easy to use. I only wish it would have lasted longer than five months.
